32. Is there any charge if I surrender after winner?

i. If you surrender the tenement before issuing of Final POL then also you will get your EMD amount refunded.

ii. If you surrender the tenement after receiving of POL letter due to any reason tenement, 10 % of the EMD amount get deducted and remaining EMD

amount will get refund to you.
