31. If I surrender how much amount will get refund?

There are multiple scenarios of refund:

i. If you are not winner you will get your EMD amount refunded.

ii. If you are winner and before issuing of Final POL you surrender the tenement then also you will get your EMD amount refunded.

iii. If you are winner and after receiving of POL letter , due to any reason you surrender tenement 10 % of the EMD amount get deducted and remaining

EMD amount will get refund to you.
