18. Certificate for Reservation category mailed but not received ?

1. Confirm enter email id is valid or not. If enter email id is correct then wait for sometimes or check spam folder.

2. If email id is wrong then follow below steps to update your email id:

i. Go To MHADA Lottery mobile application

ii. Go to menu

iii. Select Certificate Generation

iv. Enter your PAN number & Click on Submit

v. Now you can see email if you save earlier

vi. Click on edit button shown next to email id

vii. Enter your correct email id and click on save

viii. Now try to get certificate copy on mail by click on “Mail

certificate”
