1. List of documents required for registration?
The following documents are required for registration.
- Aadhar Card (Self and Spouse, If married)
- Pan Card (Self and Spouse, if married)
- Domicile Certificate (Issued after 01.01.2018)
- Income Tax Return (ITR) (Applicant & Spouse, if married)
- Income Certificate From Tahsildar
- Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
- Cast Validity Certificate (If Applicable)
For Special Reservation Category (Artist, Journalist, Defence Family, Freedom Fighter, Ex-servicemen, MHADA Employee, Physically Handicapped, MLA/MLC/MP, Central Government, State Government) - First, you have to generate a certificate on the website then take a sign and stamp from concerned authority.
- Artist (Issuing Authority – The Directorate of Cultural Affairs, Maharashtra)
- Journalist (Issuing Authority – Chief Public Relation Officer, MAHDA)
- Families of Defense Personnel (Issuing Authority – Zila Sainik Welfare Office of the concerned district)
- Freedom Fighter (Issuing Authority – District Collector Office )
- Ex-Serviceman (Issuing Authority – Zila Sainik Welfare Office of the concerned district )
- Mhada Employee (Issuing Authority – MHADA Employee ID card with Employee no. )
- Physical Handicap (Issuing Authority – UID Card/ Swavlamban card issued by www.swavlambancard.gov.in)
- MLA/MLC/MP (Issuing Authority – Secretariat of Parliament/ Maharashtra Legislature)
- Central Govt. (Issuing Authority – The Competent Officer of a concerned department where an applicant is working )
- State Govt. (Issuing Authority – The Competent Officer of a concerned department where an applicant is working)
