15. I have a domicile without a barcode or old Domicile on it. can I use this during the registration process?

Dear Applicant,

  1. No, you cannot use a domicile without a barcode for registration. You must need to visit the CSC centre or Maha e-seva Kendra to generate a new domicile certificate. Only a Domicile certificate with a barcode issued by the Aaplesarkar website is accepted during the registration process. 
  2. If you do not have a Domicile certificate with Barcode then you need to apply for Domicile to Tahsildar office.
